Cancellation Policy

At the heart of our tutoring approach is personalised learning. Every session is carefully planned in advance to match your level, goals, and specific areas for improvement. This preparation includes reviewing topics, creating tailored explanations, and selecting targeted practice materials — all designed to make each lesson as effective as possible for you.

Cancellations & Changes

• You may reschedule a lesson free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson will be charged at the full lesson rate.

• Please note that the deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.

Why This Policy Exists

Because each lesson is individually prepared:

• Time is spent in advance tailoring content specifically for you

• Your session slot is reserved exclusively and cannot usually be filled at short notice

• Late cancellations result in lost preparation time and availability for other students

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Where possible, we will always aim to be fair and reasonable — please get in touch as soon as you can.
